- Returns & Replacements
- We pride ourselves on being able to have your order dispatched within 24 hours, with most orders sent within one hour.
You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.
If you're not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you've received, please let us know using emailing us within 14 calendar days of receipt, and within 3 months from the order date. Returns can only be made once authorized by Customer Services.
Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear postage costs.
We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error.
Please check your fragrance orders carefully, as fragrances can NOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.
In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:
A copy of your delivery note or your order number
Return authorization (obtainable from Customer Services)
Reason for return
Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.
For credit card refunds, please note we can only refund the total cost of goods. If there are shipping charges to be refunded we will offer you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement or refund via Paypal.
- Ordering
- Shop throughout our store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. You may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.
When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date, or your Paypal e-mail address if you wish to pay by Paypal.
Regular shipping for skincare and makeup is always free with StrawberryNET, however, any express mail charges or charges for fragrance shipments will be listed before your final checkout. Once you submit your order you will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer. Please include your daytime and nighttime phone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.
If any item is out of stock you will be notified and your credit card will not be charged.
Order confirmation will be sent after completion of this process and dispatch details will be e-mailed to you with a tracking number immediately once your order is sent.
